This is a great quote that has two main messages. The first one speaks to how important it is to DREAM, something we have all done a time or two in life. As kids, we did this all the time, but then life happened, and we aged, and dreaming became less of a focus. Dreaming helps us all see what is possible and gives us something to aspire to, no matter our age. Without this vision, we will lose our way.
The second message in this quote is the most powerful one of all: "YOU BECOME WHAT YOU BELIEVE!" As you move forward in your personal wellness journey, I believe this statement could be one of the strongest indicators of overall self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-worth. If your thoughts are negative, so are your beliefs. If your thoughts are positive or neutral, you have a greater ability to believe in the possibilities. This tends to follow a pattern that is built by your emotions, and it would also be fair to say, "YOU BECOME WHAT YOU FEEL LIKE." Your emotions will challenge your beliefs and hijack your vision, so be careful.
Never stop DREAMING and remember, YOU BECOME WHAT YOU FEEL LIKE, AND YOU BECOME WHAT YOU BELIEVE.
