Who Am I Pouring Into

Who Am I Pouring Into

Take a moment to look at where your energy lands at the end of the day. If you are constantly pouring into others' cups while your own sits empty, you are sprinting toward a burnout that no amount of rest can easily fix. You are the engine of your own life, yet it is so easy to forget that you deserve the same grace and effort you give away. Pay close attention to who is receiving your best hours and what kind of information you are feeding your mind-whether it's educational growth or just digital noise. If you don't intentionally put yourself first and curate what you consume, you'll eventually have nothing left to give. Remember, you aren't just a supporting character in everyone else's story; you are the most important person in your own, and you cannot pour from an empty vessel.
